Reimagine Distance Learning Project Holds 4th Transnational Project Meeting in Chemnitz

Between December 18th and 19th 2023, our 4th Transnational Partner Meeting took place in Chemnitz, Germany, marking the final project management meeting in the series. This meeting provided an excellent opportunity for the cooperation partners to reconnect and collaboratively advance the project. In Germany, the meeting aimed to further solidify partner relationships, review project events from recent months, determine necessary next steps, and continue working towards project outcomes.

Throughout the meeting, a range of topics were discussed, including resources, challenges, and potential solutions. During these discussions, partners offered their perspectives and collectively devised immediate solutions, such as organizing national events, known as multiplier events, where the project results would be presented to local audiences.

The meeting concluded by summarizing the key points discussed and confirming agreed-upon measures. Additionally, informal conversations and intercultural exchanges were facilitated to foster deeper personal connections and cultivate a positive working atmosphere.

The day’s agenda also included planning for the project’s continuation, recognizing the positive impact it has had on both internal professional communities and local stakeholders.

The meeting concluded with a visit to Solaris facilities and a cultural tour of Chemnitz on December 19. The next TPM will likely be the final meeting as the project nears its end date as the Reimagine Distance Learning program aims to promote access, connectivity, and quality of distance learning across Europe.
