Everything you need to know about Reimagine Distance Learning

About the project

EU educational centers face challenges in organizing and transforming face-to-face courses to high-quality online courses, while establishing online relationships with learners and securing necessary equipment. Many institutions cite issues related to adult education, inclusion of disadvantaged groups, and educators’ digital competencies. It is crucial to invest in educators’ creative and digital culture skills to design quality educational paths rather than focus on specific tools. The “Reimagine Distance Learning” project addresses adult education needs through innovative distance learning methodologies and equal access opportunities for underrepresented groups.

Aim

The Erasmus+ program is implementing “Reimagine Distance Learning” with the participation of five educational centers and organizations from Greece, Italy, Romania, and Germany. The project aims to facilitate an effective transition to digital education by introducing innovative distance teaching methods and tools based on the Instructional Design Methodology. It also seeks to enhance the competencies and readiness of adult education institutions and their educators.

The team behind the scenes

In order to meet the needs of this project, five partners from four different countries joined their forces. The partnership consists of the following:

  1. CRFSC – Regional Trade Union Training Center Craiova from Romania;
  2. p-consulting.gr from Greece
  3. Solaris FZU from Germany
  4. DENSA Cooperativa Sociale from Italy
  5. UN-LAB from Italy
